In 2020, my first yoga class (RYT 200-hour) opened a new door: I learned to listen to my body and be at peace with myself. The real shift came in 2024, when I started training to be an APPI Pilates trainer. This intensive journey helped me rediscover control—stabilizing my body, rebuilding strength, and calming my mind. Preparing for the instructor certification was tough: drafting lesson plans, practicing cues, and revising teaching language felt like polishing an invisible stone. But I realized it’s not just a certificate or job, but a path to growth that keeps me perceptive and passionate.
